Asians for Black Lives
Solidarity between the Asian and Black Communities.
Being a part of the Asian community, we’re expected to keep our heads down, work hard, and maintain the “model minority” stereotype. While it has worked to our advantage in some ways, the stereotype is detrimental to our place in society and how others see us, and the comparison places us directly against other minority groups.
Asian and Black Communities have stood together in the past during the Civil Rights Movement, and will continue to do so.
Previous sales of these prints have raised $5500+ towards Color of Change.
